Meeting the mythic field through embodied experience. Sacred Constellations is a constellation practice held within a contemporary ritual form, drawing on ancient and universal principles, and inviting personal exploration of archetypal energies.

Myth and story gift us with a rich tapestry of Gods and heroes. Mirrors of our human existence, they are tales of love, loss, longing, courage and becoming. When we look to myth, there is much to be learned of what it means to be human and what it means to be divine. 

Sacred Constellations takes us beyond the boundaries of rational knowledge. It offers a felt experience of deities and universal patterns that shape our lives. It grants the gift of remembering what is ready to awaken.

We enter relationship with the mythic field through ritual in intimate groups and private sessions. Taking care to integrate sacred experiences into daily life.

Initiator of Sacred Constellations, she is an artist and ritualist, working at the intersection of myth, psyche and embodied experience.

Drawing on her background as a therapist, she holds a grounded and attentive space in which depth can be met with clarity, care and a natural sense of lightness.
